"Why Time Served Doesn't Matter in the Art World: A Surprising Perspective"
As artists, we often hear people compare the creative process to being in prison. The idea is that becoming a skilled artist takes a long time and requires a lot of hard work and dedication – much like serving a sentence. But the truth is, art is not about how much time you've spent practicing. It's about your ability to convey emotion and tell a story through your work.

How It’s Made: Poison Ivy Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) Cosplay - Astra Studios
This image is a hybrid between traditional studio photography and machine generated artificial intelligence art (A.I. How It’s Made: AI Art Composite - Portrait - Cyberpunk - Indianapolis, Indiana
I noticed that getting any form of a anatomically correct image from Mid Journey is nearly impossible. It can be done; but even then it seems to use the same face for every prompt. Not much originality there.
My artistic soul is spurred by boredom, I crave new adventures and experiences. So of course I wanted to see if I could use a Mid Journey portrait with a real human face. (My Wife!)

How We Did It.
We started with multiple images. The goal was to make conscious decisions and generate something that would fit the aesthetic of what I wanted to create. My goal for this composite was to place my subject Arianna into a city high rise window, with a cyberpunk city in the background. This project took about 10-15 minutes to complete in photoshop. longer to generate the images.

The Rift:
I think universally we can all see how beautiful these images are.
But it seems some are excited about the future of this technology, and some are terrified.
I’ve heard many say that real artists spent years honing and perfecting their craft, and that to use a tool like AI is a mockery of their hard work.
